I was obviously very excited to travel to Puerto Rico and film our first wedding at Villa De Zecheo. As some of you know, I’m from Puerto Rico, and even though it is a pretty small island, it was going to be my first time in Rincon.
It was the most perfect day for Teresita and Carlos’ wedding. It was sunny but you could feel the ocean breeze from anywhere you stood. My first stop was the bride’s room where Teresita welcomed me with open arms and took me on a tour of Villa. We walked by the salt water pool out to the beach, we took our shoes off and made it to the ceremony Altar. The wedding planners, Rincon Events did an amazing job with this set up. It was so unique and so tropical.
The best part was running into Carlos, the groom, he had been surfing all morning! I was able to film him in the water, and the sky was so clear that you could even see De Zecheo Island on the back. I love that he got the chance to enjoy the morning in the water with his friends. One of the best perks of getting married there.
I love when the couple gets ready in the same property, it makes it so much easier for us to get all the shots that we need to make their video.
After the ceremony we stayed at the beach and took advantage of the Rincon famous sunset for the couples portrait. It is really a magical place to celebrate this new chapter in your life.
Meanwhile, family and friends enjoyed cocktail hour in the pool area and I even saw some of the guests taking their shoes off and taking advantage of this beautiful beach to take some awesome photos.

It was the perfect place to see the sun go down while celebrating the newlyweds. It’s pretty obvious that we loved this place and we cannot wait to go back!
